If there is one weekend to clear your calendar, this is it. From May 1st to May 3rd, 2026, the world of fine dining descends upon our neighbor, Crystal Springs Resort, for the 14th Annual New Jersey Wine & Food Festival.

This isn't just a "tasting"—it’s a multi-day immersion into the art of flavor, featuring Michelin-starred legends, Top Chef stars, and over 200 world-class wines. Here is everything you need to know to navigate the festival like a pro.

The Legend Arrives: Guest of Honor Marco Pierre White

For the first time ever, the "Godfather" himself, Marco Pierre White, is coming to the Highlands. As the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, his influence is unmatched.
