If there is one weekend to clear your calendar, this is it. From May 1st to May 3rd, 2026, the world of fine dining descends upon our neighbor, Crystal Springs Resort, for the 14th Annual New Jersey Wine & Food Festival.
This isn't just a "tasting"—it’s a multi-day immersion into the art of flavor, featuring Michelin-starred legends, Top Chef stars, and over 200 world-class wines. Here is everything you need to know to navigate the festival like a pro.
The Legend Arrives: Guest of Honor Marco Pierre White
For the first time ever, the "Godfather" himself, Marco Pierre White, is coming to the Highlands. As the first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, his influence is unmatched.
The Exclusive Dinner (Friday): A once-in-a-lifetime five-course meal in the Wine Cellar celebrating his culinary legacy.

THE GRAND TASTING (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM): This is the heart of the festival. Over 40 top chefs from NJ and NYC (including David Burke) join international wineries for a massive showcase. If you can, go VIP to get early access at 6:00 PM and entry into the exclusive VIP lounge.
The Biosphere After-Party: When the tasting ends, the party moves to the tropical Biosphere pool complex with DJs, open bars, and dancing under the glass roof.
